Buy English language books

Using books only to learn English is fine, if you never will need to speak or understand a conversation. There are people who onyl need to be able to read write in the English language, and for these, books are jsut great.

English language books offer you the freedom to learn when you want and where you want, you can take as long to work through a chapter as you need or progress at rocket speed, it's just you who decides.

Should you however also need to communicate verbally, I strongly suggest you first get the verbal part right and then use book to deepen and broaden your knowlede of the English language. But only once you have gotten your accent and pronunciation right and have developed 'an ear' for the English language!
